DESCRIPTION
■ Suitable for precision machining of various holes, grooves, gutters, etc. in industrial aluminum profiles, door and window aluminum profiles, or curtain wall aluminum profiles.
■ The 4-axis CNC machining system enables intelligent, efficient, and accurate 3D machining of complex workpieces.
■ The workpiece clamps feature an automatic collision avoidance function for more efficient machining.
Equipped with a tool magazine for automatic tool changes during machining, enabling composite machining of various diameters.
■ This machine has 3 CNC-controlled axes (X, Y, Z) for greater precision and machining efficiency. The spindle motor can rotate in positions of -90°, 0°, and +90°, allowing milling of all holes on three surfaces in a single clamping operation.
■ All operations are performed by servo motors and pneumatic systems.

1. Feature
1. The CNC double head cutting saw adopts Taiwan Delta CNC system, which can complete the continuous
automatic feeding of profiles of different specifications and sizes.
2. The gas-liquid damping cylinder realizes uniform feeding speed regulation and smooth movement.
3. The high-precision spindle makes the saw blade rotate stably.
4. The human-machine interface adopts a color touch screen, which is simple and intuitive.
5. The feeding system adopts imported linear bearing motion pairs, which has high precision and good
stability.
6. The two saw heads can automatically change angles to achieve angle cutting of 45° and 90° profiles.
