MHD7 Aluminium Window & Door Multi-head Drilling Machine

Features:

1. Drilling Machine MHD7 is used for drilling holes on aluminium alloy window & doors and curtain wall profiles, especially for long profile and mass production.

2. Suitable for profiles with a section not exceeding 200*200mm, the processing length can reach 6000mm.

3. Equipped with seven sets of drilling heads to meet the simultaneous processing of multiple groups of holes.

4. Feed adopts cylinder and damping cylinder, with fast-forward and work-forward function.

5. Using Omron control system, can achieve single head machining, and the linkage of arbitrary machine heads.

6. The machine head can be manually adjusted in the X, Y, Z axis direction, and equipped with a dividing ruler, the adjustment is simple and convenient. The Z-axis is guided by a linear slider, and the load carrying capacity, guiding precision, and service life are increased several times.
