Thermal Break Machine Introduction:
Thermal break machine is used for producing thermal barrier aluminum profiles, including two machines: knurling machine with plastic strip inserter, rolling machine. The finished product as follows:
Two pieces of aluminum profiles are connected just by polyamide strip. Aluminum can transfer heat or cold very easily, its thermal conductivity is high. But polyamide strip’s thermal conductivity is very low, then can block the heat or cold transferring through aluminum.
Raw material of polyamide strip is 75% nylon and 25% glass-fiber, we call PA66 GF25 or polyamide

The 6-Axis CNC thermal break knurling machine is the first setp of thermal break assembly line. Through a pair of knurling knives of hard material, roll the tooth pattern on the inner surface of the groove of the broken bridge aluminum profile through the heat insulation strip or the plastic profile, so as to increase the friction between the broken bridge aluminum profile and the heat insulation strip force.
This CNC machine is usually used in medium and large factories with many types of profiles

It's the key of thermal break assembly line. After feeding strip by CNC thermal break knurling machine,combination between profile and insulation strip not tightly, need use rolling machine to make them combine tightly. Use 3 sets of hard rolling wheels to press the aluminum extrusion profiles with heat insulation profiles. So this machine is also called thermal break rolling machine.
