Product Description
- Application: This PVC profile cutting center, or vinyl profile cutting center, is designed for window and door manufacturer massive cutting production duty to increase the productivity.
- Cutting type: It can realize the combined cutting of four 6-meter PVC profiles with ±45° and V-notch shape at one time clamping, without calculating the offset of the cutting position, ensure cutting accuracy.
- Servo drive system: 5-axis servo motor drives gear and rack movement, featured with fast movement speed and low movement noise, ensuring processing accuracy and the operation stability.
- Reciprocating feeding: This machine is designed with two group of retractable loading devices. The synchronous transmission of multiple sets of feeding devices is realized through synchronous belts. One group is being processed, and the other group can continue to place PVC profiles manually, making reasonable use of cutting time.
- Gantry-type clamping and feeding device: starting from the reference point each time, the profile is sent to the set size position to avoid cumulative errors caused by continuous feeding and ensure the accuracy of processing dimensions.
- Software optimization: The machine control software can be optimized according to the customer's processing data file, make the production standardized and facilitate operator operation.
- High-quality accessories: high-precision spindle motor, DELTA CNC control system, AirTAC solenoid valve, SIEMENS / Schneider low-voltage regulator, etc. to ensure the stable and smooth machine operation.
- Simple installation: The integrated main machine bed will be accurately debugged before transportation. When it reaches the customer factory, it only needs to be connected to the loading table and then adjusted to the level, very easy to install.
