DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE OPERATION PRINCIPLE, IN SIMPLE WORDS
The FENSTEK CMC-4-2500 CNC copy-milling machine is a simple and convenient way to automate milling operations, drilling technological holes and grooves for processing aluminum and PVC profiles. Ideal for working with window and door profiles, it can mill grooves for a lock, key cylinders, through holes for mounting window handles, grooves and holes for conventional and hidden hinges, through grooves for ventilation.
Three sides of the profile can be processed sequentially. The side with no or minimal processing is selected as the base at position 0, the remaining processing is carried out by turning the table by (-90) - 0 - (+90) using a servo drive, which allows you to set various processing angles in the range of -90 - +90, including 45 degrees and other angles as needed.
The spindle moves in three axes - Length (X axis), width (Y axis), height/depth (Z axis).
The main software of the machine is implemented in Windows, which allows the machine to receive updates, as well as remote service via the Internet. The machine is equipped with a keyboard and mouse. The operator can select from preset templates, adjust them, or create new templates based on profile drawings. It is also possible to create simple DXF files of the "one file - one hole" type, indicating the type of hole (template), profile dimensions and exact coordinates of the hole. A group of operations can be launched into operation sequentially and automatically. These processes are controlled by the machine operator. DXF processing files can be created in design programs such as Autocad, Compass and others. Working files are transferred to a USB (flash drive), which is connected to the computer unit of the machine via a USB slot. The machine can see and read files on the USB, they can be launched for processing, but the function of copying files from the flash drive to the computer is missing.
