YILMAZ CDC600 automatic double-head CNC saw for cutting large PVC and aluminum profiles, straight or at an angle with a Ø 600 mm double-head saw. Saw blade feed from below.
The CDC 600 is a fully automatic machine designed for cutting large PVC and aluminum profiles straight or at an angle with a Ø 600 mm double-head saw. It provides optimum cutting performance in a variety of cutting situations thanks to its large-diameter saw and the rotary-tilt cutting mechanism from below. The left cutting unit is stationary, while the movable right cutting unit automatically switches to measurement. This is a great advantage for the user, as it allows for special angle cuts without having to calculate when performing point-to-point cutting operations.

YILMAZ DC421MS TWO-HEAD SEMI-AUTOMATIC SAW WITH FRONT FEED OF DISKS AND COOLING
The YILMAZ DC421MS semi-automatic two-head frontal cut-off saw with cooling is designed for cutting aluminum profiles. The front output of the cutting disc provides the highest precision of all other methods of feeding the saw blade. The saw is equipped with 420 mm saw blades. The machine is equipped with a conveyor system located to the right of the movable saw blade. Hydropneumatic feed of the saw blade during cutting makes the movement as smooth as possible, the speed of the saw blade output can be changed. The left head is stationary, the right one moves mechanically using a handwheel. Cutting angles vary from 45 ° to 90 °. For cutting at angles of 90 ° and 45 °, the saws tilt automatically. Cutting at intermediate angles is adjusted manually.

DC 550 PB is full automatic sawing machines that is designed for the strait or angular cutting operations of large size of profiles made of PVC and aluminium materials by means of double head sawing units equipped with Ø 550 mm of saw blades.

DC 550SKH. Double-headed saw with Windows, printer and data interface. Saw blades are fed from the front, setting any angles using a servo drive.
•The mechanism with two heads and (550 mm) saw blades is designed for straight and angled cutting of PVC and aluminum profiles.
•The left saw head is fixed, the right one is movable. When sawing at angles of 90° and 45°, the saw blade heads are deflected automatically. When sawing at angles of 15°-22.5°-30° and other average angles, the saw heads are adjusted manually.
•The saw blade movement is hydropneumatic, it is possible to precisely adjust the cutting speed according to the material being processed.

Single-head aluminum saw Ozcelik Vega II A 400 with pendulum feed of the saw blade and coolant supply system, which is designed for cutting aluminum profiles and non-ferrous metals. Automatic feed of the saw blade. Cutting safety is ensured by a double spring system and a protective cover.
The cutting angle can be changed within the range from -45° to the right to +45° to the left. The main angles -45°, -30°, -22.5°, -15°, 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45° have a clear fixation, other intermediate angles are set according to a graduated scale. The workpiece is fixed on the vega-2 thanks to two vertical and two horizontal pneumatic clamps.
