AIM 3410 is a 4-axis CNC machine designed specifically for processing all types of aluminum and PVC profiles, low carbon alloys and thin-walled steel profiles available in the market. Thanks to the 4th axis function, it can also machine 3 profile surfaces. Quick tool changes are ensured by a mobile in-line magazine equipped with 8 standard tools. To minimize tool change time, the tool magazine was designed on the moving Y axis of the machine.

AIM 3410 is a 4-axis CNC machine designed specifically for machining all types of aluminum and PVC profiles, low-carbon alloys and thin-walled steel profiles available on the market. Thanks to the 4th axis function, it can also machine 3 profile surfaces. A quick tool change is provided by a mobile in-line magazine equipped with 8 standard tools. In order to minimize the tool change time, the tool magazine was designed on the moving Y-axis of the machine.
The machine provides flexible machining options, especially in facade machining, thanks to a saw with a diameter of 180 mm. The machine has the ability to automatically position the profile clamps using the YILMAZ AIMCAM program. The front of the machine is equipped with a sliding door with a transparent polycarbonate window to facilitate the operator's control of the workpiece processing.
