Yilmaz KP 120 is designed for assembling aluminum profiles by hydraulic pressing (crimping) of their corners. Suitable for working with all major aluminum profile systems used in the manufacture of doors, windows and facades.

The working elements of the machine can be easily adjusted and installed in accordance with the shape and height of the profiles.
The feed of the hydraulic cylinders and the profile stop can be adjusted using a millimeter ruler.
The machine performs its working cycle using two foot pedals, pneumatic (for clamps) and hydraulic (for pressing).
The pressing process is carried out by hydraulic pressing heads, which move synchronously with each other.
After the pressing process is complete, the centering square returns to the starting point under the table and remains in a hidden position.
It has protective plates made of polyamide to prevent scratches on the profile surface.
The piston ‘return’ button allows the crimping cylinders to be positioned close to the workpiece.
The crimping knives can be adjusted to all major aluminium profiles (the position can be adjusted in 3 axes).
The force of each crimping head is 5000 kg.
