Automatic double-head frontal saw for PVC profile Yilmaz DC 421PB is designed for cutting PVC and aluminum blanks. The left head of the saw is stationary, the right one automatically moves to the size set on the control panel. Cutting angles vary from 45° to 90°, while at the main angles of 90° and 45° the saw blades tilt automatically, and cutting at intermediate angles is adjusted manually. Hydropneumatic feed of the saw blade during cutting makes the movement as smooth as possible, the output speed of the saw blades can be changed.
The front output of the saw blade provides maximum accuracy and reliability compared to all other methods of feeding the saw blade. The saw is equipped with 420 mm saw blades, which provides a large cutting diagram and allows you to cut two profile blanks in one cycle. The machine is equipped with a supporting conveyor stop on the right and is designed according to CE regulations.
The saw is equipped with a Windows-based computer control with a touch screen, the ability to import cutting data in various ways. The installed thermal printer prints labels of completed operations, which simplifies subsequent operations.
The Yilmaz DC 421 P double-head front saw is the next generation of front saws, which have an improved design, changed the operation of the protective covers and the angle setting system, and a pneumatic profile support system is installed. The saw also has a number of small technical changes, the main one of which is the optional ability to install vertical pneumatic clamps.
