DC 421 PS / PSD is a fully automatic sawing machine that is designed for the strait or angular cutting operations of large size of profiles made of PVC and aluminium materials by means of double head sawing units equipped with Ø 420 mm of saw blades

Description:

•The mechanism with two heads and (420 mm) saw blades is designed for straight and angled cutting of PVC and aluminum profiles.

•The left saw head is fixed, the right one is movable. When sawing at angles of 90° and 45°, the saw blade heads are deflected automatically. When sawing at angles of 15°-22.5°-30° and other average angles, the saw heads are adjusted manually.

•The saw blade movement is hydropneumatic, it is possible to fine-tune the cutting speed in accordance with the material being processed.

•The number of profiles to be cut can be entered and programmed using the keyboard installed on the machine.

•The machine is equipped with low-pressure pneumatic clamps, designed for safety reasons so that both hands of the operator are occupied during operation.

•The movable left saw head is equipped with a pneumatic braking device that is activated automatically at the beginning of the cutting operation to fix the movable head.

•The machine is equipped with a conveyor system attached to the movable right head.

Both saw heads are fully protected for maximum operator safety.

•The cutting measurements can be precisely set using a digital reading system.

•Control system based on Windows XP and OMRON.

•USB interface and the possibility of importing data via the network.

•Possibility of printing stickers with order data.
