MACHINE DESCRIPTION

2. Fully intelligent and smart HMI on touch screen with memory function and easy operation

3. Better sealing quality without air bubbles, smooth surface, no need to adjust the angles after applying the sealant (polysulfide or silicone).

4. For ZNJ2025-2 model: optional use of two sealant supply systems, quick changeover and one-button operation. You can either use two different sealants or alternate pump groups when changing tanks.

5. The width of the machine is 1.4m, small floor area, saving space.

6. The smallest size of the glass unit that can be processed is 300 X 300mm

7. Equipped with anti-blocking device in the mixer, easy to clean

8. The servo control system uses the world famous brand (Japan YASAKAWA), the performance is stable, the counting speed is high, the sealant output is high precision, the surface is high smoothness.

9. Shaft transmission for smooth glass transportation with accurate positioning.

10. Special V-type drive belt to prevent the sealant from sticking to the belt, ensure the cleanliness of the glass edge, the V-type block is replaceable
