The center for cutting and processing PVC window profiles is used for automatic cutting of 45 ° and 90 °, other cutting angles are also possible.

Processing is carried out by two independent modules, which can be used simultaneously during processing, which achieves high milling speed.

Operation of the center in full configuration is carried out by two operators, one for loading the profile and unloading profiles with reinforcement ready for welding, the second for inserting reinforcement into the PVC profile after processing and cutting, but before feeding to the screwing station.

The ASU-3000 screwing station is a separate unit with a conveyor for feeding profiles with reinforcement, three automatic screwdrivers Powasert, Germany. The screwing station can be equipped with the option of drilling a triple hole for a handle and regular drilling of holes in PVC + reinforcement.

The total length of the center is 17,000 mm, the total width of the center, taking into account the screwing station, is 7,500 mm, without the screwing station 3,700 mm.

FABCUT-550 is suitable for both processing/cutting PVC profiles and aluminum profiles

The cutting length range is 330-4500 mm, the maximum profile width is 200 mm, the maximum profile height is 120 mm.

The types of processing performed are drilling mounting holes (or marking them), holes for window and door handles, grooves for a lock, holes or grooves for drainage, expansion holes, marking the installation of locking strips.

The WINDOWS-based control program is compatible with any software, incl. ORGADATA and LOGIKAL
