It is designed for mounting aluminum profiles to each other by correctly pressing their corners hydraulically. The machine operates on semi-automatic and manual control; attention was paid to ensuring that the operator is in a safe area outside the working area.

• Works on the principle of full hydraulic pressing

• Equipped with a tabletop made of durable and long-lasting steel

• A complete system that is easily adjusted and mounted depending on the shape and height of the profiles.

• Possibility of adjusting hydraulic cylinders and profile support using a millimeter ruler

• The machine’s working cycle is carried out using two pedals: pneumatic (for the clamp) and hydraulic (for pressing)

• The pressing procedure is carried out using hydraulic pressing heads that move synchronously with each other

• The material square returns to the starting point under the tabletop after the procedure is completed

• Powerful hydraulic pump system (5 tons x 2)

• Polyamide plates to protect the profile surface

• Possibility of placing the pressing cylinders close to the workpiece thanks to the ‘return’ button on the piston

• The maximum height of the profile to be connected is 200 mm.
